Excellent role for a permanent role in a small and yet busy team. The client is a global company servicing retail and financial industries. The role is based in Citywest office.

* Basic salary of 26.500 euro per annum plus benefits
* Monday for Friday working hours and one weekend in 3 (days in lieu in return)

The role:
* You will manage the day-to- work load planning of a team of engineering personnel within a territory Logging fault calls and ensuring the issues will be resolved in a timely manner
* Scheduling engineers to attend on-site
* Liaise with third party suppliers
* Working with several IT systems, updating and administrating of the records
Candidate background:
* Previous call centre or customer service experience
* Dispatch experience would be a strong advantage
* Excellent English and communication skills in speaking and writing
