Desktop Support Engineer Cork
Excellent opportunity for a Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to join a global trading based organisation in Cork who are rapidly expanding their Irish operation. Working as part of a team you will be supporting users across 3 sites in Cork (all within very close proximity).
You will be responsible for providing technical support to users which will include senior management, you will also be responsible for responding to high level and urgent priority calls. This is an ideal time to join a growing, dynamic and friendly work environment who reward a good work ethic.
Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Engineer:
* End to end user technical support as a part of deskside team for both hub and sites
* Handheld or iPad technical support
* Printer management (Lexmark would be advantageous)
* Troubleshooting email client configuration and web mail app
* Rolling out and deployment of new software's or any upgrades in the system
Skills required:
* Previous experience working within a desktop support / technical support environment
* Knowledge of IT Service management software
* ITSM knowledge would be beneficial
* Experience on Ticketing tools like service now would be advantageous
* Fluent English
