Job Description:

We are excited to invite an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the Aspira Resourcing team! In this role you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, interact with internal clients who are passionate about IT, Project Management, and working with cutting edge tools. This highly visible role will give you the opportunity to personally make a huge impact with a leader in Project Management and IT Consulting. So, if you have a roll up your sleeves attitude with a sense of urgency and a friendly, diplomatic demeanor…we want you!! We work with our own consultants as well as external associate specialists, with whom we have established a formal working relationship. As we expand over the next 3-5 years, we are now looking to increase our Resourcing Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Partner with hiring managers to develop attractive job descriptions by understanding the  required skills and background required, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company.

·         Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Use your expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively evaluate, network, and ultimately hire top class candidates.

·         Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring diligent follow through.

·         Lead candidate interviewing, selection, negotiation, closing. Various administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting.

·         Drive the recruitment process through our online applicant tracking system (SW2), including moving candidates through the hiring process.

·         Extend job offers to selected candidates and working with hiring managers and Talent Management leadership on salary market assessments.

Our Ideal Candidate Profile…

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

·         3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.

·         Placement agency experience preferred.

·         Demonstrated ability to use Internet and other sourcing techniques to provide results.

·         Must be able to work independently.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and planning, customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

·         Must be comfortable building and managing an on-going pipeline of candidates.

·         Expertise in internet recruiting, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems.

·         Experience having recruited for a variety of technical roles.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for Windows. Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce products preferred.

·         Excellent presentation skills.

·         Strong relationship and team building skills.

·         Strong negotiation skills.

·         Strong customer service orientation.

·         Ability to deal constructively with conflict and use good judgment.

·         Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. Set and manage priorities in a fast changing environment.

The focus of this role will be to support our organisation in managing and developing our overall marketing strategy. Our company is a young and growing software company that develops .NET software applications using the latest development tools and techniques, currently focussed on developing cutting-edge cloud application

Duties of the role:

·         Have a proven ability to run successful marketing campaigns.

·         On-line candidate research via social media and other on-line platforms.

·         Receiving candidate application files.

·         Keeping the associate pool database up to date with active, live candidates and keeping in contact with all of our registered associate consultants.

·         Network with potential candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, email and through professional events.

·         Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.

·         Creatively using job boards to attract candidates.

·         Utilise and update social media networks.

·         Provide support to the Resourcing Lead as required.
