This Product Solutions Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop and execute the product strategy, outlining the product road-maps and tailoring them for market consumption. They will work with the Product Manager and Process Manager to develop and effectively introduce products into the market. The Product Solutions Manager will have an entrepreneurial flair and be focused on transforming customer experience.

Your Deliverables and Responsibilities

* Defining the product strategy, developing new products, and delivering cutting edge products to the market
* Analysing market trends and together with a cross-functional team developing technology and features to meet demand
* Lead the development of new products and features for the market
* Technically qualify customer requirements through meetings and liaison
* Represent the organisation at technical events and develop product direction for recommendation to senior management
* Engage in sales strategy discussions with account team
* Train sales team on new products and provide technical expertise

Your Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant field essential
* Experience in a retail and wholesale telecommunications organisation is required
* Experience delivering NPI / NPD projects and working in a sales engineering environment
* Proven customer delivery and knowledge of broadband products including voice, data, networks, security etc are key
* Knowledge of the telecommunications industry particularly LAN/WAN network technology experience
