Data Analyst Contract (€450-€550 Day Rate)

Your Role
* Source data from relational databases using SQL code to view⁄extract standard tables⁄views, for additional manipulation with BI tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView.
* Write advanced SQL to create bespoke tables⁄views in traditional relational databases and/or transform extracts with tools like Alteryx⁄Trifacta Data Wrangler ready for analysis.
* Analyse multiple datasets (both structured and unstructured) to form a holistic understanding of key insights, applying personal domain expertise to posit credible hypotheses as to why trends occur.
* Use specialist tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or power BI to produce automated, interactive dashboards (i.e. filters, parameters, etc.) and advanced visualisations (e.g. tree maps).
* Use advanced PowerPoint skills enabling bespoke, impactful and enduring visualisations.
Essential Skills
* Experience with advanced SQL
* Knowledge of advanced MS Excel
* Expertise on one or more Business intelligence and analytics platforms - Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView
* Knowledge of one or more programming languages for data and analytics - R, Python
Desirable Skills
* Experience in data manipulation using BI tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView.
* Experience in analysis of structured and unstructured data.
* Experience in providing key insights to the Business with credible hypotheses as to why trends occur.
