Description

Senior Business Analyst / Hybrid PM required to work on a major transformation programme with a Global Wealth Management company based in Dublin City Centre.

12 Months Initially.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 5+ years specific financial services BA experience.
* Experience in Mutual / Hedge Funds.
* Analyse Transfer Agency operations procedures, processes, and issues to identify areas for automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
* Provide support and timely resolution for all queries raised by transfer agency around the Invest One and its ancillary applications for this project.
* Requirements gathering experience. (Functional and Non-Functional)
* Process Mapping / Resource Planning.
* Experience in an Agile environment.
* Delivery of workshops / presentations / stakeholder management.
* Assist in UAT of large initiatives and new releases of applications.
* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives.
