Applications Analyst, Permanent, Central Dublin

My Client are currently looking for an experienced Applications Analyst to join their continually expanding team in Central Dublin.

The successful candidate will join a market leader in the Energy/Utility sector in Ireland. The role is to deliver quality connection, transmission and market services to electricity generators, suppliers and customers utilising the high voltage electricity system.

Skills/Experience:

* Educated to degree level in Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline
* 4+ years experience in an Applications based role
* Experience developing a range of EMS applications and overseeing the implementation of projects.
* Analyze Business User requirements, protocols, procedures
* Assist and support, in real-time, the troubleshooting of issues
* Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders

Desirable:

* Expertise in EMS/DTS, GE/Alstom advanced applications.
