Salesforce Consultant/Administrator

*At least 3 Years' Industry Experience
*Minimum of 3 Salesforce Certifications
*Bachelors Degree or Higher

The Role:

* Defining the requirements gathering process for Salesforce projects
* Own and develop relationships with our customers, working with them to optimise and enhance our partnerships
* Communicating with the development team during all steps of the development lifecycle, when required, acting as the Salesforce expert throughout the business
* Working with the VP of Sales on scheduling and estimating, ensuring we utilise our resources as efficiently as possible
* Keep abreast of the latest innovations and functionality within the Salesforce suite and suggest areas for improvements
* Identify upsell opportunities and pass these on to our revenue team
* Assist the VP of Sales with building a Salesforce division
* Work on multiple small projects and ensure the customers' expectations are met
* Assist the VP of Sales in closing out Salesforce opportunities, using your Salesforce expertise to assess the requirements

What you need to have:

* 3 + years working as a business analyst in a fast-paced business
* Experience working with integrated cross discipline teams utilising an agile framework
* Experience working implementing Salesforce
* Minimum of 3 Salesforce Certifications
* Bachelors degree or higher, computer science, engineering related field
