The Agile Coach will come from a software development background with experience and certification as a Scrum Master. The Agile Coach will be a pioneer for Agile principles and its manifesto and promote it across the business particularly with the engineering teams. The Agile Coach will ensure:

* Agile principles and processes (Sprint planning, daily Scrum, Sprint reviews and retrospect) are maintained throughout the teams
* Support and escalate any challenges the team is facing with delivery
* Provide guidance to Product Owners (Agile Project Managers) to provide a groomed product backlog
* Ensure teams are confident and have buy-in to sprint goals
* Provide coaching to teams between iterations as they work towards release
* Manage Scrum Masters
* Enable continuous improvement and team formation

Ideally the Agile Coach will:

* Be a Certified Scrum Master
* Have experience in a software environment and have worked as a Product Owner / Agile Project Manager
* 2 years experience as an Agile Coach
