Chief Technology Officer

I have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate senior manager who has found themselves restricted in their current role and wants the freedom to build something special and propel a new product out to a global audience.

My client are a local organisation with a product which is new, innovative and taking the market by storm. They have large scale plans for the company but require an experienced technical manager to come on board and bring fresh ideas to push them along.

If you have experience working in a start-up and bringing them to market then this is a role you will find challenging and extremely rewarding. You will get to own a part of this company as they work day by day to improve their solution which has already gained incredibly positive reviews from some big players within their sector.

You'll be required to interact with customers and partners, build and lead a team of passionate engineers and also provide insight into the best routes to market for a software product that is seeking to reach a global audience and become a huge success!

Desired Skills/Experience:

* A background working with Start-ups/Rapidly expanding SME's.
* An established technical background in Microsoft Technologies.
* Someone who is a leader who works off their own initiative and thrives in an environment where they can be given the freedom to implement their own ideas and methods.
* An outside the box thinker who is passionate about transformation and change.
* Excellent communication skills and a great track record of interacting with customers.
* Experience in implementing standards - ISO 27001 etc.
