WHAT TO EXPECT
In your role as a Software Engineer, you’ll be the person that researches, designs, develops and delivers automated driving cloud infrastructure. You’ll help create services and data processing pipelines that will be an integral part of deployed vehicles. You will develop the cloud infrastructure for autonomous driving systems and develop data management systems for large volumes for vehicular data. You will create a platform for continuous machine learning/training and acquired data sets and deployment to the vehicles as part of sophisticated data campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You will have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. You will have experience with test driven development and Cloud API’s, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP and software development using general-purpose programming languages (C++, Python). A thorough understanding of system and software engineering principles and the agile software development lifecycle would be highly advantageous.
You will be a highly motivated and self-starting individual with a familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including PCI, DSS, SOC-1&2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GxP or FDA, along with IoT messaging platforms, at scale (e.g. MQTT/Kafka). Relative work experience in the implementation of machine learning/deep platforms at scale as well as managing large scale machine learning platforms would be beneficial. Experience working with TensorfFlow, Keras, Caffe or equivalent as well as knowledge of Git, Continuous Integration, Code Reviews and containers/VM/SDN networks is also desired.
Experience with big data pipeline, and pipeline orchestration frameworks such as Spark and Airflow along with big data stores and related technologies for ingesting and analysing large amounts of time series and video data: S3, Parquet, Alluxio, big data filesystems, Cloudera stack etc. would also be valuable.
Bring all this to the home of premium innovation where you'll receive a competitive salary and benefits package and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team.
