The role:

* Support our clients and consultancy teams in the development of innovative and best in class quality solutions that bring real business benefit
* Support the Director of Operations in the definition of IRL strategy for Quality Engineering delivery of change, governance and management of day-to-day operations.
* Possess strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire great performance, leading from the front;
* Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, solutions and tools to ensure clients benefit through best in class solutions
* Holds a clear perspective of their own consultancy proposition, values and beliefs are a good 'fit' to company culture and our collaborative approach to consultancy
* This person will influence and shape the future of the company and align to our vision of sustainable growth and being a Great Place to Work.
* Define and implement performance and process measures, reports and control mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement;
* Identify opportunities to increase profit and present back to senior stakeholders in the company;
* Identify opportunities to contain costs.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Software Testing industry and the latest tools, technologies and trends
* Understand modern Software Development & Delivery, with an in depth knowledge around Automation and Performance frameworks.
