* 2+ years Android development experience
* Solid OO expereince, deep understanding of patterns, anti-patterns etc.
* Strong expereince building enterprise scale Android applications
* Consultative approach - able to advise on strategies / architectures etc.
* Experience with 3rd party libraries - RX Java, Retro Fit etc.
* Expereince working with CI, TDD etc.
* Strong understanding of REST
