Senior Java Developer

* €500/day

Java Developer / Senior Java Developer required for an upcoming project with a leading financial services organisation in central Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global organisation as the begin a large new program of work which they expect to become a multi year project. The role will involve completely new platform development from scratch on an application that is to be scaled across a global business.

Desired Skills / Expereince

* 5+ years Java development experience
* Strong understanding of REST APIs / Microservices
* Solid experience across the Spring framework - Spring Boot, Spring data, Spring Rest etc.
* Expereince with Oracle and some pl/sql would be helpful
* Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks is nice to have, they are working with Angular4
* Experience building large enterprise applications from scratch desired
* Experience working heavily with TDD / BDD desired
* Exposure to modern automation / Devops tools desired
