IT Support Level 2/3 - Contract Dublin
My client is offering you, a talented IT Support Technician, the perfect opportunity to work in second/third line support in Dublin city centre.
THE CANDIDATE:
* 2 years experience in a help desk role in a large corporate environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 7-10
* Detailed understanding of PC hardware and software
* Knowledge of different types of files and data in Windows
* Good problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues
THE ROLE:
* Provide level 2 helpdesk support.
* Configure data security and access.
* Setup sites including Printers and Thin Clients.
* Perform PC rebuilds, adds, moves and changes.
* Deploy patch management for Windows workstations.
* Document IT policies and procedures and assist in developing appropriate user manuals.
* Provide administrative support for IT and communications purchases.
* Administer Sharepoint (site deployment and security).
