Currently looking to recruit a Scrum Master for high profile client in North Dublin to join a Mobile Apps team. This requirement has come about due to the team doubling in size. This is a daily rate contract position.

Key Responsibilities
• Sprint Ceremonies
• Stand-ups, Demo’s, Retros (Planning, Execution and Follow Up)
• Facilitating releases

• Backlog Ceremonies
• Discovery, Grooming, Planning (Planning, Execution and Follow Up)
• Ensuring PO/BA/UX team have prepared for the sessions
• Coaching team on a healthy backlog (Size, Metric Focus and Prioritisation

• Team Management
• Remove Impediments - Liaise with others around the business to resolve blockers for the team
• Foster an energetic, motivated and collaborative team culture

• Reporting
• Velocity, Burnups, Team Happiness
• Progress reporting

• Communication across teams
• Ensure transparency between Mobile teams
• Ensure two-way transparency between Mobile teams and other projects around the business

• Coaching
• Assist other team members with the definitions of their roles in an agile environment
• Identifying areas for improvement

Required Experience
• 3+ years’ operating as a "pure" Scrum master
• Certified Scrum Master
• In-depth knowledge of Jira: organising projects, setting up sprints, backlogs, dashboards and reports
• Excellent communication skills
