This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer.

Experience essential to support a busy end user environment, 300+ users

Day to day responsibilities will include:

* Supporting ticketing system, resolving any issues as they arise either on-site or remotely for all staff
* Installation and configuration of the software and operating system set-up for new and re-issued user computing devices
* Hardware and software maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting
