Day to day responsibilities will include:
* Supporting ticketing system, resolving any issues as they arise either on-site or remotely for all staff
* Installation and configuration of the software and operating system set-up for new and re-issued user computing devices
* Hardware and software maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting
