realTime Recruitment is currently seeking an IT Team Lead to join one of our leading clients based in the Southwest of Ireland.

My client seek someone coming from a Testing background with a demonstrable experience in Change management and Project delivery.

This is a permanent position and would be integral to ensuring that projects are delivered to the agreed standards.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with other business/IT Teams
• Support the test manager
• Be innovative and promote continuous improvement through focusing on quality, cost reduction and process development
• Promote continuous use of Test Automation tools & process improvement in the test team
• Leading & mentoring staff

Experience required:
• Experience of leading Teams
• Financial Services experience
• ISTQB qualification
• Knowledge of Systems development frameworks and testing within such frameworks
• Test Automation experience w/ Selenium
