You'll play a key role in on-boarding new clients, supporting multiple environments and working on projects to improve sustainability and reliability of my clients product. You'll be providing production support for clients in North America and the EMEA regions as well as monitoring and troubleshooting systems with a focus on continuous improvement.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* Excellent Windows Server admin experience.
* Strong Virtualisation skills with Vmware/Hyper-V.
* Strong experience performing SQL queries.
* SQL Server database experience.
* Experience with active directory, exchange, office 365, Azure etc.
* Strong networking skills.
* Powershell scripting experience.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong communication both written and verbal.
