Support Engineer – Professional Services – Dublin City
To be based in Dublin 2, a Professional Services firm requires a mid-level Support Engineer (MS Suite and Certs) to join their Support Function on a permanent basis. The company has over 500 employees in EMEA and the Support Engineer (reporting to the Support Manager) will be responsible for;
· Identifying, documenting and escalating (if appropriate) 1

and 2
nd
line issues, both on a ticketing and an ad hoc basis
· Software and hardware troubleshooting
· Maintaining a highly professional attitude while fixing technical faults
The ideal candidate will have;
· At least three years of post grad (IT Qualification) support and/or administration experience
· Native level of English, written and spoken
· Ideally a track record of working in a Professional Services firm
· Microsoft Certifications
· Experience with Windows 7/10, Office 2010, telephony, Active Directory
· General hardware and software issue resolution
