The Senior Manager will have new product development and project management experience in a matrix organisation. The Senior Manager will work with hardware and software development teams. They will also have experience developing products from conception through its entire life-cycle.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

* Leading the product development life-cycle and product management
* Develop and move existing products to new platforms
* Align product plans to business strategy and plan for the department
* Provide continuous improvement and collaborate across cross-functional roles
* Develop, implement and protect the Intellectual Property strategy

Relevant Qualifications & Experience

* Hold an IT or Engineering Bachelor's degree and preferably a MBA
* Have over 12 years experience in new product development and project management
* Have experience working with hardware and software teams in a global matrix organisation
* Strong business acumen
* Proven experience in health-care, pharmaceuticals, or medical industry would be an added advantage
