TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in South Dublin, are seeking applications for an experienced IT Support Engineer to maintain and implement their IT systems and services used by internal staff.

Role

You will be responsible for end user support, setting up equipment, assisting with the implementation and management of back-end corporate IT systems such as Active Directory, file printer, backup and restore.

Duties will include the following:

• User Support
• Infrastructure Management
• Projects/ Vendor Management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Windows Desktop Environments
• Windows Server Administration
• Office 365
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts and implementations
• Active Directory, DHCP, Backup and Restore Techniques
• End user support and helpdesk experience
• AWS
