Project Co-ordinator – Dublin City Centre
The Company
A multinational company based in Dublin City Centre are looking to recruit for a Project Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for your chosen area within the Project Management area.
The Role:
You will be involved in the co-ordination of various areas of the project life cycle and ensuring that these areas are supported through appropriate documentation of the processes and phases. You will provide the company with updates on the projects, arrange meetings, schedules and working with other stakeholders to overcome challenges and issues. You will have a broad scope within this role and will move from project to project with some projects ranging in size from others. You will be tasked at providing oversight for various stages of the project and this is a role where you are truly a part of the overall project.
About You:
You will have prior experience in co-ordinating projects with exposure to documenting the stages, providing analysis and oversight to these stages while having the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. You are passionate about project management and take your work as a co-ordinator seriously.
