Project Manager – Leinster Based – 55k – 60k
The Company:
An Irish based company who have been experiencing significant growth in their niche over the past 5 years are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The company would like to improve its website offering and increase its revenue streams as a result.
This role will be business critical to the organisation and the successful person will have a strong track record of success creating web based projects for similar organisations.
The role reports to the Head of IT and you will liaise will various stakeholders throughout the process.
About the role:
You will first spend time getting up to speed with the organisations systems and processes. When you are acclimated to the company you will begin working on a roadmap for the project and understanding its scope and which areas of the business need to come on board.
You will take charge of the project from start to finish and during this time you will overcome changes to the project including amendments and additions while regularly running reports on the status of the project for senior management.
You will also be a point of leadership for project team members and assist with issues and queries that they may face. This will include regular coaching and mentoring sessions.
About you:
You will be an experienced project management who can demonstrate successful delivery of web based projects. You will ideally have worked within a 24/7 environment and understand the processes involved with a business like this. You may have a technical background with exposure to programming languages. You are a key influencer and can manage objection to change.
