Role: L2 Helpdesk
I am working with a company who are seeking a L2 Helpdesk to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will need to have deskside support experience and need to be able to backup and rebuild a laptop. They are looking for someone who wants to train and progress their career within the company.
• 2+ years in a Helpdesk role
• Experience with Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
• Office 365 expereince is desirable
• Experience configuring outlook email accounts.
