IT Sales Account Manager required for IT Managed Services Company in Dublin City Centre.

Role and responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop positive relationships with clients.
• Act as a point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs.
• Generate sales through a strong understanding of customer needs.
• Generate sales through a strong understanding of the company’s portfolio of Products and Services.
• Resolve any conflicts with customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Comply with all ISMS Policies and Procedures within the business and support the ISMS continuous improvement process.

 Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Products and Services – Managed IT & Cloud Services.
• The ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• A proven track record of Sales with an IT provider.

Education and experience:

• 3 years’ experience in an IT environment.
• Knowledge of Cloud as a Service offerings.
• Knowledge of Managed IT as a Service offerings.
• Office suite
