IT Sales Account Manager required for IT Managed Services Company in Dublin City Centre.
Role and responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Act as a point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs.
- Generate sales through a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Generate sales through a strong understanding of the company’s portfolio of Products and Services.
- Resolve any conflicts with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Comply with all ISMS Policies and Procedures within the business and support the ISMS continuous improvement process.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of Products and Services – Managed IT & Cloud Services.
- The ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- A proven track record of Sales with an IT provider.
Education and experience:
- 3 years’ experience in an IT environment.
- Knowledge of Cloud as a Service offerings.
- Knowledge of Managed IT as a Service offerings.
- Office suite
