Test Manager Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate working within an existing team. The test manager will be accountable for managing the overall Test Management Framework, which consists of processes, procedures in a BAU environment.
What’s involved:
- Defining and implementing test processes and test strategies across various technologies and business areas
- Creating and managing the master test plan
- Ensuring delivery of work stream and programme level testing within agreed time, quality and budget constraints
- Providing robust test governance to ensure quality and consistency around test deliverables, test data and test practices
- Driving project planning for testing
- Acting as a point of contact/escalation across the programme for testing
- Resource Management
- Providing leadership and management to test managers & wider test team
What you need:
- 6+ years’ experience as a Test Manager
- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Leadership experience
- Experience managing all levels of Test Teams (UAT / Team Leads)
- Banking / Financial Sector Experience preferred
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Automated Testing Knowledge
What’s on offer:
