TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a client facing support role.
Your job will be a mix of inhouse and remote support duties (greater Dublin area) for clients/customers supporting their infrastructure/systems.
- Provide onsite support at customer sites
- Liase with colleagues/team members regarding priority issues on customer sites
- Client facing IT Support experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008, 2012.
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync/Skype.
- Experience with Firewalls, Routers & Managed Switches.
- Knowledge of wired & wireless networking protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of Hyper-V and Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of DR & Backup Solutions
- Microsoft or other industry standard certifications are desirable.
Clean licence and own transport is required.
