Lead .Net Developer - Dublin
My client is seeking for a Lead .Net Developer. The role has come about organically through growth from the success of the company and product. My client is a SaaS company and are leading the market in their field. The role is for a Lead .Net Developer who will bridge the gap between developers and the CTO. You will be responsible for enforcing good working practises, code reviews, setting the direction of work and allocating work load, overseeing all development lifecycle processes and also provides the opportunity to remain hands on technical.
You Need:
* 7+ years of commercial development experience
* 2+ years' experience in a lead position
* Experience with cloud technologies - AWS or Azure
* Experience with good working practises OOA/OOD/Test Driven Development/Unit Testing/Agile/Kanban
* Strong C# skills
* A third level degree in computer science or similar
* Experience with query optimisation and relational databases (T-SQL)
* Experience working on the UI/UX side of things - HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/Angular
* Strong experience developing C# .Net applications using Web Services and Windows Services
* Strong communication and people skills
* Strong organisation skills
* Experience in a results focused environment
Desirable:
* Experience with scaling up to meet demand
* Experience in distribution of high availability applications
* Experience delivering on a global scale
* An advanced degree
