My Dublin based client are a leading software company who develop analytics platforms used predominantly within financial services.
They are currently going through a large upgrade of their services to bring in more modern development technologies and techniques. As part of this transformation project there are new features which need developed part of the legacy application which need updating to newer front end technologies.
The role requires a front end developer with proven expereince developing with modern JavaScript frameworks, they are open to considering a developer with either Angular2 (preferred) experience or a Reactjs developer who is open to working with Angular2. The role requires a developer who can help with the design and development of front end systems and that can develop an application which is able to display real-time data.

Skills profile:

* 4+ years experience in front end development
* Experience with Angular2 is preferred but others such as Reactjs considered
* Solid across JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 etc.
* Comfortable across REST services, able to tinker with APIs
* Good understanding of continuous integration, test automation and version control systems
* Ability to work within smaller development teams.
