ItContracting and seeking applications for a QA Engineer on behalf of our client in Dublin, this is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

* A software developer focusing on quality
* Experience working in E-Commerce with a Customer Focus.
* Work with development team to advise on testability of new features
* Design and development of automated functional and load tests
* Select tools to be used for validation and analysis of product features
* Follow the overall development process and methodology
* Communicate with business users and document key test scenarios
* Investigate test failures, identify design flaws, and suggest potential solutions
* Provide Thorough automated testing enabling the Company to deliver features to the customer rapidly

Essential Competencies/ Skills :

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in automated testing
* Java development with Junit, TestNG - Critical
* Familiar with BDD (Cucumber)
* Experience of Selenium WebDriver
* Experience with SQL (MySQL, SQL Server)
* Experience of source code management with GIT/GITLAB or similar
* Exposure to Continuous integration with Jenkins or similar
* Experience of working in an Agile environment
* Knowledge of API/Interface testing
* Comfortable building tests from Dataflow documentation
* Experience of JIRA (or other defect tracking tools)
