IT Resourcer – Permanent, South Dublin

IT Resourcer Role and Responsibilities:

·         Vantage Resources are currently seeking an IT Resourcer for a Permanent role based in our offices in South Dublin.

·         Ideally you will have 1 plus years’ professional experience in a fast-paced Environment. You will join an existing team.

Your role will be varied and will include:

·         Recruitment & Resourcing

·         Working towards challenging targets & KPI's

·         Liaising and communicating with applicants

·         Candidate sourcing.

·         Database search and selection programs

·         Conducting pre-employment checks on job applicants i.e. references, medical approval, academic etc.

What you need:

•         Be a naturally organized person with a strong ability to multi task.

•         Be a strong team player.

•         Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.

•         Have strong PC skills. 

•         Be results orientated.

•         Gain satisfaction from achieving goals.
