I have an exciting opportunity for a QA Lead with a rapidly growing Irish start-up company. They won some major multinational clients over the last few years and have opened offices in several countries but have kept their headquarters at their fantastic new office in Dublin.

They are looking for QA Lead with strong hands on technical skills to lead a team of around 4 -5 QA Engineer's. The role will involve co-ordinating both manual and automated testing and reporting to the QA manager and will still involve an element of hand on testing. This is an ideal role for a QA Lead with aspirations of career progressions as the plan is for this team to grow rapidly over the next 12 months.

Requirements:

* At least 5 years QA experience
* At least 1 year as a QA Lead
* Experience of test automation with tools like Selenium Webdriver or Fitnesse
* Strong knowledge of Linux
* Good Knowledge of SQL
* Experience of testing Java web applications
* Performance testing experience with Jmeter would be advantageous
* Experience in an Agile environment
