 We are looking for a Senior IC Design Engineer with experience of the latest digital design and verification flows to join our dynamic Chip Create team in Dublin, developing world-class computer vision technology

 Role

RTL design and development, from writing detailed architecture specifications through to gate-level validation

Design optimization for speed/area/power
Synthesis and netlist generation
Design-for-Test
Static timing analysis

 Required skills & experience:

10+ year relevant experience
RTL design using Verilog and VHDL
Knowledge of C for system-level verification
Documentation experience: writing detailed design specs and reviewing functional verification plans
Strong unix skills, experience with shell scripting, make, TCL, Python, Perl

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with processor and hardware accelerator design
Experience with functional verification in a metric-driven methodology
C++/SystemC modeling – and integration of models into RTL verification environment
Low power design techniques, including low power synthesis and power island implementation
Synthesis, DFT, and static-timing analysis skills
Prior design experience with serial interfaces such as USB, PCIE, I2C, I2S, SPI etc.
FPGA development experience
