Junior IT Systems Administrator

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Deal with support tickets and first level IT issues
* Participate in planned hardware and software changes
* Network configuration/support
* Some travel to regional sites required
* Some out of hours work required
* Any other duties as directed by management

Skills required:

* 3rd Level or equivalent IT qualification
* Full driving license essential
* Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
* Good troubleshooting skills
* Good organisational and communication skills

Exposure to some/all of the following desirable:

* Helpdesk/Remote IT Support
* Computer hardware and software maintenance
* MS Office Suite of applications
* Windows 7/8/10 configuration and support
* Windows Server 2008/12 operating systems
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
* Remote Desktop Applications e.g. RDP, VNC
* Anti-Virus/Malware
* Virtualisation technologies e.g. HyperV and VMWare
