CMMS Administrator/FMCG/SAP

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will act as system owner/administrator for the sites Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Working closely with the site Engineering Manager and Maintenance Planner to ensure the system is fit for purpose and all asset, work orders, preventative maintenance routines and stock information are up-to-date and accurate. In addition to the CMMS administration duties, the candidate will support the Maintenance Stores Manager in the day to day running of the site stores

Additional Responsibilities:

* Provide system training and technical support where appropriate to the maintenance group
* Responsible for project maintenance handovers and integration into maintenance systems
* Responsible for the generation of departmental KPI reports from the CMMS system
* Assist Maintenance Planner with the site maintenance scheduling function
* Responsible for the management of the site Calibrations Contractor and associated program
* Provide SAP expertise to the Stores manager, assisting in the integration of the new SAP system and associated changes in ways of working
* Provide cover for the Stores Manager in the event of holidays or absence
* Monitoring the quality and delivery of goods, materials and services
* Preparation of weekly SAP reports with full detailed analysis of spare parts / consumables usages and costs
* Liaise with Maintenance to ensure plan stock is available for maintenance
* Use of SAP system to carry out and record routine stock checks on the engineering stores
* Management of contractor purchases orders in line with company procedures
* Process goods received notes and invoices for accounts
* Set up stores, label all spare parts and update CMMS systems

Your Skills:

* 2-3 years previous experience in CMMS
* Good communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
* Logical and clear thinking individual

Nice to have:

SAP experienceExperience in an FMCG environment
