Role: Systems Analyst
Location: Dublin
Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
* Defining, design and developing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions
* Serving as a developer/architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation solutions and help establish a competency in the cognitive areas
* Working closely with various functional teams to incorporate automation Solutions into Ulster Bank's processes
* Providing mentorship and guidance for teams rolling out automated solutions
* Seeing projects through the entire software development life cycle, requirements and initial design through development and testing
Deliverables:
The role involves:
* Identification of processes which have high automation potential
* Creating business cases for automation processes with high automation potential
* Developing automated solutions for approved processes
* User Acceptance Testing of automated solutions
* Documenting and maintaining compliance with the control framework (RACA, EUDA, SOP)
Experience:
* Previous experience implementing Robotics Process Automation solutions
* Experience as a hands on developer or architect using automation tools
* Prior experience of assessing, analysing, designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting Robotics Automation solutions
* Experience using the following tools:
* Advanced VBA for MS Access and MS Excel
* Advanced SQL
* OBIE databases
* SAS
* Past experience in Business Process Re-engineering desirable
* Banking/Financial background desirable
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
