Currently seeking a skilled Big Data Developer on a contract basis, to join a reputable financial clients team and drive the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. This role focuses on data management, including restructuring, simplifying, and maintaining data processes and technical metadata documentation.

*Day rate between 500-750 depending on experience
*9 month contract expected to roll
*3 days a week onsite in Dublin office

Qualifications:

- Solid experience in Big Data development.
- Proficiency in relational database/SQL.
- Experience using Big Data technologies like Hive, Impala, or Spark.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible.
- Experience in an agile development environment.
