IT Search has partnered with a world-class semiconductor company as they seek to hire a talented R&D Engineer for their multidisciplinary team in Dublin.

As a Senior R&D Engineer, you will lead the research, development, and commercialization of sensor technologies, collaborating across disciplines and overseeing projects from concept to maintenance.

You will be joining a team comprised of diverse experts who are responsible for innovating and enhancing products by integrating hardware, software, electronics, mechanics and physics.

What are they looking for:

- Advanced degree in Applied Science, Physics, Mechatronics, or Instrument Science with 4+ years in multidisciplinary R&D.
- Proven leadership in dynamic project teams and agile R&D environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as MATLAB & Python
- Skilled in designing experiments and quickly prototyping concepts.
- Strong knowledge across some or all of electronic/mechanical/RF design

My client is offering a starting salary up to €85K for the right individual. Dublin based office with hybrid remote working options
