Job Description: Senior Project Manager - SAP Program Delivery
Location: Remote, with one day per week visiting sites in Kilkenny

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP program within our manufacturing operations. This is a long-term role requiring expertise in managing complex SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Direct and oversee the SAP program to align with business goals.
Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior management and key stakeholders for successful delivery.
Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Change Management: Implement strategies for smooth SAP adoption.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on program performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or Master’s preferred.
- Experience:10+ years in project management, 5+ years in SAP implementations in manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in relevant SAP modules and project management tools.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
