€60K - €80K p/a + 5% pension, healthcare, 25 days hols etc

Java / Spring Boot / K8s / Cassandra / RabbitMQ / Kafka

Irish-owned SAAS company with close to 200 staff, this is a platform facilitating a huge amount of traffic on a daily basis. They’re a very technical group.. you would be working alongside 15 backend engineers, building microservices, developing new features from scratch, and ensuring the large amount of requests are handled efficiently.

In terms of the environment… it’s a Java/Spring boot backend stack, distributed systems, lots of multithreading/concurrency, and they’re in the process of moving to Kubernetes.

This is a remote (within Ireland) role, and there are multiple hires to be made.

What we’re looking for..

- 4+ years’ experience as a Java Developer.
- Experienced building distributed systems.
- Spring Boot/Microservices experience.
- An excellent team player.
- A track record of producing high quality code.
- Experience in a high-traffic environment would be ideal.
