Data Analyst (Mortgage Remediation)

Location: Ireland - remote working/hybrid working available

Our client is a dynamic and innovative Financial Services company managing large-scale data migration projects for Tier 1 banks. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Remediation Data Analyst to join our team. As a Mortgage Remediation Data Analyst, you will be crucial in analyzing and interpreting complex mortgage data to support remediation efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize advanced analytical techniques, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to address mortgage-related challenges. You will be responsible for transferring data as part of the large-scale remediation and be a key player in ensuring the success of the same.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on mortgage remediation.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong understanding of mortgage-related data, loan origination, and remediation processes.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to the mortgage industry.

Initial 6 month contract expected to roll

Flexibility to work entirely remotely but must be based within Ireland with full working permissions

Rate negotiable but up to circa €400 per day depending on experience
