Application Support Analyst required for a global company based in Dublin city center.
The Application Support Analyst will provide training, maintenance, and functional support on systems applications used by our client.
 
Responsibilities:

- Become point of contact to user and client queries via phone and email.
- Provide support, and advice to resolve business application issues.
- Translate business needs into specific data and reporting requirements
- Analyze, maintain and create reports.
- Functional support and training to end users.
- Develop business analyses and reporting that answers key business questions.
- Collaborate with different areas to update data in the tool.
- Customize the application based on business needs.

 
Requirements:

- Qualification on Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience from a similar role
- Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, Java and C++
- Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
