Digital Specialist / Digital Product Owner / Project Manager
Required to support the development and execution of pan European Digital projects to enhance the customer experience, as this Financial Services organisation provides services across 15-16 European Countries.
Permanent position
Salary = c.€65-75K + excellent benefits
Your role will involve acting as the liaison between the business owners and development team. Support the Head of Digital with co-ordination of business requirements, vendor management, stakeholder management and digital project deliverables. Also to provide guidance and leadership on best practice service design & customer journey development.
We are seeking a Digital Specialist who can demonstrate the ability to lead business requirements workshops on digital projects, service design on customer journeys, act as the internal Digital SME while managing Vendor's digital capabilities and to manage the delivery of digital projects.
Experience Required:
* 3rd Level qualification in Technology/Business.
* 5-10 Years experience as Digital Product Owner / Digital Project Manager/ Service Designer
* Experience in Digital Management in an Insurance / Financial Services or regulated business.
* Excellent Communication & stakeholder management skills.
* Strong collaborator.
* Willingness to support other teams with a client & solutions focused approach.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Able to work within a team and also independently.
* Comfortable working in a complex multi stakeholder environment.
* Experience of digital delivery in a complex matrix organization.
* Understanding of Agile methodology.
* Interest in Digital Innovation.

Hybrid work environment, with 2 days per week in Dublin offices.
