itContracting are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join the team of their Dublin City based client on a contract basis. Initial contract duration of 6 months, with potential to extend. Hybrid working, with 2 days required on-site per week.
Role Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be joining an existing team working on a CRM/Sharepoint migration project.
- Responsible for building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade CRM systems on- premises and online deployments.
- Working with the relevant IT technical resources/ stakeholders to define the technical requirements, collaborating with the relevant parties involved and designing the supporting IT framework environment, taking account of the interdependencies for the solution proposed across the whole infrastructure.
- Working as part of a team to write secure code and quality review same, to participate in the phases of the testing cycle (solution/ performance/accessibility and security) debugging as required.
Role Requirements:
- Experience of reviewing and enhancing a CRM system to provide accurate and meaningful information on internal customer engagements.
- Experience in ensuring interoperability between the various sources of information, written, verbal, electronic to include social media to maximise both ease of access and management of the data
- Experience in workflow automation such as tasks, calendars and alerts, and giving managers the ability to track performance and productivity based on information logged within the system.
- Technologies: Microsoft Dynamics (On-Premises & Cloud), Power Platform and related technologies
