itContracting are seeking applications for a Licencing Co-Ordinator, this is a 2-year contract, the position is hybrid and located in Dublin 2.

Description of the role:
 
The License Co-ordinator will help develop and maintain processes and systems that make it is simple as possible for a small public service vehicle (SPSV) licence holder to be compliant with legislation.
 
Frontline services are delivered by contracted 3rd parties on the client’s behalf. The team works closely with those service providers to ensure this is done to a high standard. As the delivery is managed through the client’s bespoke system, another core function is in developing business requirements.
Written communication with industry, consumers and public representatives also forms an important part of delivering on the team’s aims.
 
Required Qualifications, Training and Experience:

- Hold a minimum of a NFQ level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in service delivery.
- Previous licensing experience (Desirable).
