itContracting are looking for an experienced ICT Operations Compliance Manager to join the team of their Dublin based client. This is a contract role, which can be offered as a day rate contract or fixed term salaried contract. Initial contract duration of 2 years, with potential to extend. Hybrid working, with 2 days required on-site per week.
Role Description:
The ICT Operations Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with policies and procedures and for liaising with auditors verifying compliance against standards. Responsibilities include:
- Review supplier adherence to policies and record such verification.
- Act as the point-of- contact for legislation with relevance to Operations.
- Work with suppliers on the delivering and maintaining of supplier and solution Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Required Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Hold a minimum of a NFQ level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline in IT or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Compliance management.
- Strong understanding of current regulations affecting government agencies in public transport.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, security audits, and compliance assessments.

- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessors (QSA)
- (ISC)2 Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
- ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
