Technical Support IT Engineers L1 and L2 - Offaly, Kildare, Westmeath, Laois
Our client which is an established IT Services MSP and Microsoft Partner who are based in the Offaly area,.
They are currently expanding due to attaining new clients, therefore they need to hire Technical Support IT Engineers. They need IT Support Engineers who are based fairly locally to their office in Offaly, so if you live in the catchment area of Kildare, Westmeath, Laois or Meath, we'd like to hear from you.
There are two positions available Helpdesk IT Support Level 1 and a more senior Technical Support IT Engineer Level 2
This client will give you good variety on your work with strong exposure to Microsoft Products and interesting IT projects for the Level 2 Engineers
For the Level 1 Helpdesk IT Support role, you will need about 3 years hands-on technical support experience on Microsoft products, Office 365 Admin, Active Directory.
For the more senior Technical Support Level 2 IT Engineer, you will need about 5 years hands-on technical support experience with strong experience on Microsoft products such as strong Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, Firewall, Security.
Key skills:
- At least 3 - 5+ years IT Technical Support or Helpdesk within a Microsoft environment.
- Active Directory
- Office 365 Administration
- Windows 10/11
- Server 2012+
- Group Policy management
- Office 365 Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
- Office 365 Administration (AAD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Azure knowledge is a bonus, however you can learn Azure on the job
- Good diagnostic and investigative questioning experience
- Great communication skills & good business smarts
- Legal to work in Ireland.
- Living in Offaly, Westmeath, Kildare, Laois, Meath
- It is a bonus if you have a full Irish driving licence.
The client will encourage, help and mentor you to achieve your Microsoft Certifications.
