IT Operations Manager required for city centre business. This person will be responsible for the leadership, management, delivery and future strategy of applications and systems operations for the business.
This is a hybrid working role in Dublin city centre.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and deliver to drive continuous technology improvement
- Actively manage the strategy to ensure all applications and infrastructure systems infrastructure are in compliance with relevant regulatory / legislative requirements.
- Day-to-day management, monitoring, maintenance and supporting the technical administration on full Microsoft 365 suite, security applications, on premise applications etc
- Responsible for managing related ICT projects from start to finish
- Develop a team of system engineers, contractors and vendors
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Maintain ICT policies and procedures and ensure continuous improvement in accordance with ISO industry standards (27001, 20000)
- Drive strategic leadership by implementing innovative ideas, solutions and methods
Requirements
- 6+ years industry experience with 3+ years in a managerial / leadership capacity
- Excellent Microsoft 365 experience (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dynamics, Azure AD)
- Experience with Azure cloud VM configuration and deployment
- Strong leadership, project and team building experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of industry standards on service management and security standards (ISO27001, ISO20000, ITIL, IT Risk etc)
- Experience with Security Monitoring tools
Remuneration
- Starting salary 85-95K
- 10% pension
- 26 days AL
