IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing business processes, translating business requirements into user specifications, and acting as the liaison between valued clients and IT solution providers. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior business process owners to formulate and advance technical strategies and process-specific improvements.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing services, procedures, and tools.
- Analyze information requirements and develop comprehensive documentation, including business/user requirements, use cases, and interface designs.
- Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and process task analysis.
- Oversee changes to existing business processes, ensuring approval from Process Owners before implementation.
- Contribute valuable insights to the procurement process and participate in the evaluation of solution proposals.
- Play a key role in reviewing, enhancing, and redesigning business processes across the organization.
- Provide valuable support to Business Process Owners in evaluating process changes.
- Develop effective stakeholder engagement strategies and manage expectations regarding project deliverables.
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology and/or Business.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Adept in SQL/Power BI
- Workshop delivery
- Proficiency in interpersonal, MS Office, and presentation skills, combined with strong analytical abilities.
- A solid grasp of technology solutions and application development.
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with users.
